School Wellness
It is the time of year that I am reviewing immunizations for our district. According to the
Oregon Health Authority, parents/guardians are still responsible to get their students
vaccinated or provide exemptions to the school even if we are distance learning.
Primary Review is due to Columbia County Public Health by January 17th. Exclusion
orders will be mailed to parents by our local health department by February 7th
Exclusion Day is February 21, 2026. Clatskanie School District is encouraging
everyone to get up to date and bring in required paperwork for their student's file by
exclusion day.
Please review what Oregon Immunization law requires for school attendance, distance
or in class learning. I would be happy to answer any questions.
